EAST NASHVILLE FAMILY RESIDENCE

This wonderful family home had a personality of its own. Our goal was to keep as much of that personality and uniqueness while making the space more functional for a family of 4....with lots of neighborhood kids coming to visit. We removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room opening up the main gathering space in the house. With budget in mind we kept the kitchen cabinets but added several new cabinets to the sun room. The sun room became an expansion of the kitchen adding more storage and work space. A new banquette optimized the dining room seating. The handmade tiles, black and gold school house light fixtures, and live edge shelving were the perfect finishing touches for this new open space.
